Overview
HR & Admin Supervisor to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative operations within the organization. Responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and office administration such as building maintenance and job order request (JOR) to ensure an efficient and productive workplace.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, compensation benefits, and timekeeping processes.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor performance management and employee evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Supervise office and building administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Oversee the proper documentation and record-keeping of employee files.
- Organize corporate events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR & Admin Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and office management software is an advantage.
