Business Development Associate

Responsibilities Assist the Business Development Manager in researching and identifying new business opportunities. Conduct market analysis and gather intelligence on competitors, potential clients, and market trends. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels. Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with new information and prospective interactions. Prepare proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials as needed. Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients. Support relationship-building efforts with clients and partners. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on growth initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or any related field. 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Highly motivated, self-starter, and goal oriented. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualification Experience in lead generation, client outreach, or market research is a plus. Knowledge of digital marketing, B2B sales, or business strategy is an advantage. Extensive experience in the BPO industry, with strong knowledge of client acquisition, account management, and service delivery processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
