About the role: Snappr’s enterprise business is growing like crazy, and we need a go-getter to scale the account management of our largest clients to the next level. You’ll get to work with an awesome range of companies with high-volume photography needs. Our current customers include the who’s who of the marketplace, food delivery, automotive, eCommerce, and real estate industries, including Groupon, Airbnb, Eventbrite, DoorDash, and many others. The role involves managing Snappr's relationships withmid-market and enterprise clients, including helping them find additional opportunities to gain value and ROI from photography in their businesses. You should have at least four years of experience as a mid-market and enterprise AM. Bonus if you have worked in or around any of the following industries: online marketplaces, food delivery, automotive, real estate, or eCommerce. You need to be able to demonstrate growing accounts and the ability to negotiate and renew contracts is key to success. An organized, inquisitive nature with the ability to perform under pressure will set you up for success. What you’ll do: Build and maintain a relationship with a wide range of mid-market and enterprise clients Promptly address client concerns Work closely with the product and leadership teams to introduce clients to new features and products Identify new business opportunities with current accounts Negotiate contract terms Track key metric across your accounts What you'll need: 2+ years of experience working with mid-market and enterprise accounts valued up to $50k USD Excellent spoken and written English. You must be a creative writer and a fantastic communicator Be willing and able to be coached on how to sell to leads and nurture leads into opportunities Startup experience is a plus The type of person that will succeed at Snappr: You are highly self-motivated.
