Job description: Access Healthcare is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Healthcare Prior Authorization team. Key Responsibilities: Review and process prior authorization requests from healthcare providers. Verify patient insurance coverage and ensure compliance with payer requirements. Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve issues related to authorization requests. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions and transactions. Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and company policies. Meet performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, and turnaround time. Qualifications: Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in Pasay Must have a BPO International experience in Healthcare Outbound Prior Authorization.
