Maintain compliance with maritime regulations and industry standards throughout the hiring process. Educational Qualifications Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Level 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Skills and Competencies Proficient in various recruiting techniques and employee relations. High computer literacy and familiarity with recruitment software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to screen candidates effectively. Outstanding interpersonal abilities. A keen eye for detail in all aspects of recruitment. Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate and implement effective recruiting strategies. Develop relationships with potential candidates. Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. Conduct interviews and assess applicants based on company needs and job requirements. Work with management to forecast hiring needs and set recruitment goals. Ensure compliance with labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.
