  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment processes for Unitra Maritime Manila Inc., focussed on the maritime industry.
  • Work closely with maritime professionals to fill vacancies aboard various types of vessels.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract the best maritime talent locally and globally.
  • Evaluate candidates\' qualifications in accordance with the STCW Code and company standards.
  • Maintain compliance with maritime regulations and industry standards throughout the hiring process.
Educational Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficient in various recruiting techniques and employee relations.
  • High computer literacy and familiarity with recruitment software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to screen candidates effectively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail in all aspects of recruitment.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinate and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Develop relationships with potential candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicants based on company needs and job requirements.
  • Work with management to forecast hiring needs and set recruitment goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.
