Crewing Processor

About the role

Hellenic Manning Overseas, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Crewing Processor to join our team based in Malate Manila City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for the efficient processing and coordination of crew and vessel documentation. As Crewing Processor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our international maritime operations and ensuring the seamless deployment of our seafaring personnel.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and process all necessary documentation for crew members, including contracts, visas, and other travel requirements
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the timely onboarding and deployment of crew members
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of crew information, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
4. Assist with the coordination of crew travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
5. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
6. Support the Crewing team with other administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a crewing or recruitment role, preferably within the maritime industry
2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with teams across different countries and cultures
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn and use internal crewing software
5. Familiarity with maritime regulations, seafarer documentation, and crew management processes
6. Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
7. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
