About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our dynamic team at ORIENT HOPE AGENCIES INC. (FOR. SEA HORSE MANNING) as a Non-voice Account and Dayshift Scheduler. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila, offering a flexible work environment with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service through non-voice communication channels such as email, chat, and social media
  2. Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and efficient manner
  3. Effectively scheduling customer interactions and appointments during regular business hours
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience
  6. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and workflows to drive customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  3. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  4. Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the non-voice domain
  5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
  6. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
