Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of related working experience (FP&A, Assistant).
  • Good Communication Skills, Good problem-solving, Financial Reporting, and Data Reporting.
  • Open to Contractual Based position with possible absorption and extension.
Job Description
  • Prepare and consolidate various reportorial requirements of both local and Regional/Global management, including but not limited to month-end Profit & Loss, SOS KPIs, KPI webforms, RR02 webform, variance analysis for final market results (FMR)/actuals deck.
  • Facilitate WD3 P&L review with Finance Director.
  • Prepare and consolidate MBR format commentaries for Actuals review meetings with Finance Director and General Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls on month-end closing webforms and review of actuals deck.
  • Partner actively with support functions to identify and quantify areas of risks and opportunities to help achieve targets and objectives by: Analyzing performance versus plan, forecast & prior year including support function expenses, and identifying root causes of variances; recommending timely corrective actions.
  • Providing sound financial analysis in support of capital investments, unbudgeted spending, and other future plans.
  • Ensuring processes and spending being done are within the budget and within the Company’s Accounting Policies.
  • In support of the S&OP process, preparing daily sales reports, weekly Master scorecard, providing inputs for monthly Focus KPI scorecard, Monthly Business Review deck.
  • Prepare and consolidate quarterly investment portfolio and other finance slides for SMS review with Commercial ET.
  • An issue on monthly basis is the quarterly SG&A file (by the owner, type of exp) and use it as a tool to identify savings opportunities to cover tasks.
