Overview

We are seeking a dynamic FP&A Manager - Commercial to join our finance team. In this role, you will be a key strategic partner, driving the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes for revenue-generating business units. You will work closely with commercial teams to provide actionable insights that influence pricing, cost control, and profitability initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Budget & Forecast Leadership: Lead and manage the annual budget process across revenue, direct/indirect costs, sales & marketing expenses, capital expenditures, headcount, and allocation drivers.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain robust financial models and reporting tools to support forecasting and budget processes. Track sales and spending, analyze variances, and deliver clear commentary and recommendations to senior management.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with commercial, operations, and support teams to drive decision-making.
  • Pricing & Capital Expenditure Evaluation: Assist in the development of pricing models, evaluate capital expenditures, and analyze cost structures to improve profitability.
  • P&L Simulations & Scenario Planning: Prepare P&L simulations, scenario planning, and other analyses as required to support strategic business initiatives.
  • Policy & Compliance: Adhere to company policies, ensuring all processes comply with established standards and integrity requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting; must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to drive commercial performance.
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
