
Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Prepare reports on account status, including forecasts and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales support, product development, customer service) to meet customer needs.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field.
