Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Prepare reports on account status, including forecasts and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales support, product development, customer service) to meet customer needs.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field.
