Due to our internationalization strategy, the User Support team must cover some other global locations remotely. Therefore, we are looking for a competent, responsible and independent person who helps us make this Global IT User Support Team a success. This requires close cooperation with all IT team members and users worldwide. You will be part of a warm, friendly and welcoming culture within the  Edinburgh Office, so we expect you to be equally warm and welcoming.Your key tasks  Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Manage employee onboarding /offboarding (access, devices, accounts).
