- Schedule: Regular Shift (9am - 6pm)
- Set up: Purely Work Onsite

Qualifications

- Graduate of any Information Technology courses majoring on computer programming
- At least 5 years experience in IT Helpdesk related
- Proficiency in MS Teams, Zoom, and video conferencing tools
- Laptop deployment and configuration
- Support for peripheral devices (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Maintain accurate documentation (user guides, training materials)
- Prepare regular maintenance reports and logs
