You’ll coach and mentor team members, manage workloads, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead process improvements that support scalability and customer success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, resilient, and communicates with clarity—bringing strong Excel skills and a deep understanding of customer systems. How you will achieve success in this role: Coach & Develop Teams – Train, coach, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work, balanced workloads, and consistent SLA performance. Drive Operational Excellence – Model urgency and ownership while managing task assignments, performance, and capacity planning. Lead Stakeholder Alignment – Build strong relationships, report on performance trends, escalate risks, and translate strategy into clear execution plans. Optimize Processes – Lead continuous improvement across workflows, ensure cross-functional alignment, and scale processes for future growth. Own Reporting & Insights – Analyze metrics, deliver performance insights, and recommend next steps to leadership and stakeholders. What experiences will help you in this role: Organization & Prioritization-Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt with agility to evolving needs. Analytical Skills-Capable of interpreting moderate-sized datasets to extract actionable insights. Operational Grit-Demonstrates urgency, action-orientation, and resilience to see initiatives through. Effective Communication-Communicates confidence, clarity, and follows through with stakeholders. Tech Proficiency-Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (SUM, IF, COUNT, LOOKUP, Filters, Pivots). Customer Systems Expertise-Deep understanding of how service processes and systems integrate with channels. This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup. Desktop/Laptop system requirements: 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor; at least 4GB RAM; Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system You are required to provide your own dual monitors A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection) PC Headset A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
