Position: IT Project Manager

Schedule: Day Shift

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x Onsite in Mandaluyong & 2x WFH)

We are a dynamic Sydney-based ecommerce company committed to innovation, growth, and operational excellence. Our business operates across multiple online platforms and is powered by a robust internal technology ecosystem spanning ERP, CRM, automation, and analytics.

We're seeking a Technology Department Project Manager to lead the delivery of key technology initiatives that connect systems, streamline processes, and enhance business performance. This role plays a critical part in turning business goals into actionable technical projects, ensuring smooth implementation, strong collaboration across departments, and measurable results.

Duties and Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end project management of IT and technology initiatives — from planning and requirement gathering to implementation and post-deployment review.
  • Define clear project scopes, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using Asana (or equivalent project tools).
  • Coordinate timelines across internal teams (Tech, Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing) and external partners.

Systems & Integrations

  • Manage system-related projects including CRM (HubSpot), ERP (NetSuite), FSM (FieldPulse), Accounting (Xero), and E-commerce (Shopify).
  • Work closely with developers and system admins to plan releases, manage change requests, and monitor integration performance.
  • Oversee process automation, data migration, and cross-system workflow improvement projects.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as the bridge between business units and the IT/Tech team.
  • Conduct regular progress updates to management and key stakeholders.
  • Translate technical requirements into clear business outcomes and vice versa.

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain project documentation, risk registers, and change logs.
  • Track and report project KPIs such as delivery timelines, scope adherence, and ROI.
  • Ensure projects follow data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose technology-driven solutions.
  • Support ongoing initiatives such as DataReady, OperationsReady, SiteReady, and other internal programs.
  • Contribute to standardizing project management practices within the Technology Department.

Success Indicators

  • Projects delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with departmental goals.
  • Improved inter-system connectivity and user adoption across teams.
  • Clear documentation and repeatable frameworks for future technology projects.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing IT or technology implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and system integration projects.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, ).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
  • Experience in eCommerce, installations, ERP, or CRM industries is an advantage.
