Overview The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and implementing a strong employee value proposition (EVP) program on attraction, sourcing, screening, and deploying of qualified candidates to support the organization manpower requirements in the most efficient and cost-effective approach. He/ She will manage/oversee the overall recruitment process of the assigned account or BU to ensure adherence to the service level standards. Responsibilities Demonstrate speed and efficiency in the implementation of talent acquisition strategies Create a continuous talent pipeline through appropriate sourcing channels and lead talent acquisition activities to attract best fit talents Lead employment branding initiatives including career fairs, talent forums and other events aimed at increasing employer brand visibility and expanding talent reach Deliver the manning requests based on agreed service level standards. Ensure qualitative and timely recruitment and onboarding processes Build and develop strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective hiring processes are initiated and implemented Oversee talent acquisition efforts for capacity building of Talent Acquisition team members in the areas of networking, sourcing, interviewing and assessing talent, and onboarding Coordinate all recruitment activities and ensure positive engagement with hiring managers and candidates Ensure Individual Development Plans of direct reports are implemented Key Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management & Development. At least five (5) years (Manager) of experience of recruiting and working in a high-volume organization; experience in recruitment of professional and technical positions; experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding. Will be Head Office based but will handle South Luzon branches. Willing to travel from time to time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
