We are looking for a seasoned and strategic
Talent Acquisition Officer
to lead recruitment initiatives and drive talent strategies across the organization. This role requires a strong background in recruitment operations, stakeholder management, and business partnering. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
8 years of relevant experience
, including
4 years in a supervisory capacity
, and will play a key role in business partnering, mentoring, and building external talent pipelines through school and industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Business Partnering

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business units on workforce planning and talent acquisition.
  • Provide market insights, talent trends, and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goals.

Mentoring & Team Leadership

  • Mentor junior recruiters and support their professional development.
  • Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the recruitment team.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance recruitment capability across the HR function.

School & Industry Partnerships

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and technical schools.
  • Represent the company in career fairs, campus events, and internship programs.
  • Collaborate with industry organizations to strengthen employer branding and talent outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Masters in Human Resources, preferably
  • Minimum of
    8 years of experience in recruitment
    , with at least
    4 years in a supervisory role
    .
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead recruitment projects and mentor team members.
  • Experience in building external partnerships and employer branding initiatives.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.

Work Arrangement:

  • If Cebu-based, willing to work on a hybrid set-up
  • If NCR-based, remote work
