Overview As the Talent Acquisition Lead , you will drive strategic recruitment initiatives across the Philippines, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring of office staff, medical practitioners, nurses, and strategic roles. You will lead a small but capable sourcing team, optimize recruitment processes, and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver on workforce plans. Responsibilities Strategic Workforce Planning – Develop and execute ramp-up plans and hiring forecasts aligned with business needs; lead proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche roles. Recruitment Execution – Oversee end-to-end recruitment for office staff, medical professionals, and strategic hires; ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations; manage and mentor a team of 4 People Sourcing Partners; foster a high-performance, collaborative culture. Sourcing & Employer Branding – Identify and activate new sourcing channels and professional networks; lead employer branding initiatives to position International SOS as an employer of choice. Process Optimization & Reporting – Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate experience; own TA budgeting and deliver accurate regional reports and analytics. Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders; act as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and market insights. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in strategic talent acquisition, ideally in healthcare or multinational settings Strong background in recruiting Medical Practitioners Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex hiring projects Expertise in sourcing strategy, employer branding, and recruitment marketing Skilled in budgeting, reporting, and process improvement Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
