Job Responsibilities- Answers phone calls and provides information/assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers on the phone or in writing to address concerns
- Answer participant questions and discuss needs to understand what critical information is being asked
- Open to candidates who completed college; no experience required
- Open to High School and Senior High School graduates with BPO experience
- Excellent to above-average English communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
- Ability to work onsite
- Within 25 km to 35 km of the workplace
