Overview Qmulus Solutions is a Virtual Staffing Solution based in Victoria, BC, Canada. As we grow our offshore team in the Philippines, we are seeking a Process Specialist to join our growing team. As a Proposal Specialist, you will manage Security Questionnaires, Risk and Due Diligence Assessments, RFIs, RFPs, and other technical requests. You’ll maintain the client's response software and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an accurate content repository. This role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment. Responsibilities Support and manage Security Questionnaires, DDQs, RFIs, RFPs, and other technical requests from intake to completion Maintain project schedules, communicate status, and escalate roadblocks as needed Collaborate with SMEs to source, draft, edit, and translate technical content into customer-friendly language Keep content repository updated with product enhancements, new initiatives, and reviewed Q&A collections Build and maintain a robust content library with accurate, well-structured, and timely information Partner with Sales, Product, Security, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to ensure content accuracy Perform additional tasks to support Proposal Team operations Job Specification / Qualifications Bachelors in IT, Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience 5+ years as a Proposal Specialist, preferably in the IT or Cybersecurity field Experience with DDQs, Security Questionnaires, Risk Assessments, RFIs, and TPRM portals Background in Sales support and customer request management Proficient in using Responsive (formerly RFPIO) is an advantage Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills Skilled in building cross-functional relationships; detail-oriented and adaptable Knowledge of IT, cloud, cybersecurity, software development, GDPR/CCPA, and frameworks (SOC, NIST, ISO-27000) Excellent writing/editing skills; able to meet tight deadlines Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, and RFP software Working Conditions Work from home setup; 5-day work week Why Join Our Team Your health and your family come first Work and Life Balance Above Industry Salary Package Full Company Benefits Package You get your birthday off Internal Career Opportunity Collaboration and Mentoring Job Details Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work from home Location: Remote Experience Cybersecurity: 3 years (Preferred) Process Specialist: 5 years (Preferred) RFPIO or Responsive: 3 years (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
