Job Requirement Notice – Sales Role
Please do not apply if you have no prior sales experience.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and building new customer relationships. This means actively identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and developing opportunities — not just serving walk-in customers as a store or branch sales associate.
Applicants should have hands-on experience in:
- Finding and qualifying leads
- Reaching out to potential customers through various channels
- Establishing and growing client accounts
If your experience is limited to retail cashiering, merchandising, or in-store sales assistance, this role will not be a fit.
Job Description:
1. Territory Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities within an assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop relationships with clients in the food, hospitality, and janitorial supply industries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide after-sales support.
- Identify and convert potential leads into long-term customers.
2. Key Account Specialist (Modern Trade and Retail)
Responsibilities:
- Handle key accounts in modern trade and retail channels, ensuring consistent supply and brand presence.
- Manage promotions, product placement, and stock replenishment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and buyers.
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights for market strategies.
3. Sales Executive (Corporate Sales)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, including hotels, hospitals, and industrial companies.
- Promote Kleensafe products and create customized solutions for clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for corporate accounts.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
4. Sales & Technical Solution Specialist (LiquidO3 – Aqueous Ozone)
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell LiquidO3 machines to various industries, including healthcare, food processing, and retail.
- Conduct technical visits, product demonstrations, and pre-bid meetings.
- Work with clients to assess their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team for smooth installation and post-sales support.
5. Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve company sales goals and targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for different channels (territory, modern trade, corporate, and technical sales).
- Provide mentorship and training to the sales team to enhance performance.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with management to align sales initiatives with company goals.
6. Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen the Kleensafe brand in the market.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align branding efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor brand performance through KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage the brand budget to optimize ROI on marketing initiatives.
