Company Overview Our client is a U.S.-based technology company specializing in SaaS solutions and digital innovation. They’re passionate about helping businesses scale through smart tools, data-driven insights, and world-class customer engagement. We’re looking for a Sales Development Support professional to join their growing team remotely from the Philippines. Role Description This is a full-time remote position open to experienced professionals based in the Philippines. The Sales Development Support role is critical to driving business growth, focusing on lead generation, outreach, and early‑stage sales engagement. You will support the U.S. sales team in identifying and qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to deal closure. Key Responsibilities Research and identify qualified leads within target industries and markets Execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage potential clients Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the U.S. sales team Support the sales pipeline by managing follow‑ups, preparing proposals, and updating CRM records Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies Track and report on key performance metrics and provide insights for improvement Maintain a professional, clear, and friendly communication style with clients and prospects Qualifications 3–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development , ideally with Tech or SaaS companies Proven experience in outreach, prospect qualification, and sales coordination Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage U.S.-based clients confidently and professionally Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field What’s in It for You 100% remote position (Philippines-based) Competitive salary package Opportunity to work directly with a U.S. team in a fast-paced SaaS environment Professional growth in an international, performance-driven culture Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Contract Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
