Sales Support Officer is primarily responsible for delivering quality, timely, and well organized administrative support to the Sales Department. She/He ensures smooth coordination and communication within the team and provides excellent customer service to both internal and external clients to facilitate the accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions. The role also involves maintaining updated and accurate sales records, monitoring documentation requirements, and assisting in the preparation of reports and proposals. In addition, the Sales Support Officer works closely with the immediate Sales Head to provide strong, reliable, and proactive support to the sales team, contributing to the achievement of departmental targets and overall company objectives.

What we are looking for:

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business-related course or program
  • 1-2 years of work-related experience is an advantage, but it is also open to all fresh graduates
  • Proactive thinking and adaptability
  • Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service orientation
  • Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • With knowledge on the use of CRM tool
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Canva, and Powerpoint
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
