Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT) What are we looking for? In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting senior leaders and ensuring that day‑to‑day operations run smoothly. Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Strong Organizational Skills (Calendar Management, Bookings, Meeting Coordination) Highly motivated and strong communication Upbeat, positive, and team‑oriented Nice to Have: Experience with an AUS business desirable but not essential What will you do? Assistance with departmental operations and completing day‑to‑day administrative functions, such as coordinating schedules and maintaining calendars. Create documents like agendas, presentations, and reports using Google Suite. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Communicate effectively with executives, other staff members, and external contacts. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast‑paced environment.
