Key Responsibilities: Manage the President’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and communications Monitor the President’s email inbox to identify priority items and ensure timely follow-through Prepare executive-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials Assist the President during meetings by taking notes, managing logistics, and ensuring follow-through on action items Welcome and attend to the President’s visitors, ensuring a courteous and professional experience Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board sessions and stakeholder engagements Assist in reviewing financial statements, cash flow reports, and accounting records Liaise with Finance and Accounting departments to ensure timely reporting and compliance Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism Support special projects, corporate events, and executive directives as needed Provide responsive assistance during weekends or outside regular office hours when required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3–5 years experience in executive support, preferably in a corporate setting Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with accounting software (SAP Business One) is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, when executive support is needed Preferred Attributes: CPA or equivalent certification (optional but advantageous) Experience in corporate finance or executive-level reporting Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
