We're looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Account Manager to support the CEO and management team in daily operations, client coordination, and business execution. This role bridges administrative support and client servicing - ideal for someone who enjoys balancing behind-the-scenes organization with front-facing communication.

You'll assist in managing projects, handling correspondence, coordinating with clients and partners, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple business units (IT, B2B wholesale, marketing, and events).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive & Administrative Support

  2. Manage the CEO's daily calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel and logistics.

  3. Draft, review, and organize business communications, presentations, and reports.
  4. Serve as the point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners.
  5. Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for ongoing projects and operations.

  6. Client & Account Management

  7. Act as the main liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely updates and deliverables.

  8. Support proposal preparation, contract documentation, and client communications.
  9. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, creative, operations) to align on client requirements and project timelines.
  10. Monitor account performance and assist in maintaining client satisfaction and retention.

  11. Project & Operations Coordination

  12. Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

  13. Assist in preparing budgets, quotations, and purchase requests as needed.
  14. Support the execution of business initiatives, events, and marketing campaigns.
  15. Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative processes.

  16. Communication & Reporting

  17. Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and action trackers for leadership meetings.

  18. Create and maintain basic dashboards, reports, and updates on ongoing activities.
  19. Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Account Executive, or Project Coordinator.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
  • Experience in IT, marketing, events, or client servicing is an advantage.
  • Professional, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Work Schedule:

  • Onsite reporting
  • Monday to Friday; flexible working hours

Salary Package:

  • Basic Salary; negotiable depending on skills and work experience
