Overview Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for recruitment by sourcing candidates through online platforms, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, JobStreet, Indeed), and resume databases.
  • Use Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
  • Engage with potential candidates through messaging, cold outreach, and initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and target candidate profiles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate leads in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or sourcing spreadsheets.
  • Support talent mapping, market research, and competitor intelligence activities.
  • Help in screening candidate profiles and scheduling initial interviews if required.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience during the sourcing process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sourcing, lead generation, recruitment, or sales is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites.
  • Strong research, communication, and persuasive skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of outreach and lead generation tasks efficiently.
