Job Summary
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing and screening to onboarding — to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent efficiently and effectively. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills to deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all assigned positions (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates and ensure proper documentation of all recruitment activities.
- Prepare and extend job offers in coordination with the HR Manager and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs or recruitment events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate screening tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proficient in using recruitment software, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., IT, BPO, retail] recruitment is an advantage.
