We’re hiring a Recruitment Lead Generation Specialist to drive applicant flow, attract top talent, and build a strong candidate pipeline through smart, data-driven digital strategies. What You’ll Be Doing Create and manage paid and organic lead generation campaigns focused on recruitment goals Generate and qualify candidate leads through social media, online ads, and job portals Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to align messaging and targeting strategies Optimize campaigns to improve cost-per-lead and conversion rates Manage inquiries and applications generated from ads, ensuring smooth handoff to recruiters Track campaign performance and prepare reports on lead quality and recruitment funnel metrics Conduct research on target audiences and competitor recruitment strategies Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices to enhance lead generation performance What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or recruitment marketing Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other online advertising platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills Goal-driven, resourceful, and collaborative Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig Ready to join our team?
