Monitor regional store performance, analyze reasons for underperformance, and provide guidance to store management teams to achieve targets. Personnel Management – Supervise and guide store management teams to maintain stable staffing structures and implement plans to improve overall KPI performance. Profit and Loss Management – Analyze store reports on gross profit, net profit, costs, and losses to ensure healthy financial performance. Goal Management – Set phased sales, store improvement, and employee development goals, and follow up to ensure execution. Standards Management – Handle key issues according to company standards, ensure store teams maintain high operational standards, and make effective decisions. Cost Management – Guide stores in implementing personnel and expense control measures to manage costs within the region. Job Requirements Chinese citizens only , college degree or above, preferably in management or marketing. Familiar with retail operations, with experience in hypermarket or regional retail management; strong understanding and hands-on experience in sales, performance improvement, personnel, and product management. Experience coordinating internal and external resources and establishing standardized store management systems. Experience in talent identification and training, capable of developing and implementing training programs. Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze, budget, summarize, and plan for regional performance. Experience analyzing competitors’ product structures and operational models within the business area.
