Job Summary: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction, and a positive work environment. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, manage inventory, and lead a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets. Implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability, including merchandising, promotions, and upselling techniques. Create and maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand image. Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures to enhance performance and promote career growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a safe and secure work environment. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction. Collaborate with the operations manager to implement corporate initiatives, communicate store performance, and contribute to strategic planning. Prepare and analyze sales reports, budget forecasts, and other operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Qualifications: Previous retail management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques. Flexible schedule availability.
