Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing business application support, managing IT projects, leading a technical team, and ensuring system reliability to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Support

  • Analyze and resolve system issues affecting business operations.
  • Escalate critical issues to vendors and drive timely resolution.
  • Recommend temporary solutions to minimize business impact.
  • Ensure issues are resolved within SLA and report progress to CIO and BU GMs.

2. Project Management

  • Prepare project plans and coordinate with departments and suppliers.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and manage client relationships.
  • Define project scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Keep teams aligned with project progress and updates.

3. Team Leadership

  • Oversee staff performance, promotions, and development.
  • Provide leadership and support career advancement initiatives.
  • Set and monitor performance standards and encourage training participation.

4. System Management

  • Plan system upgrades aligned with business growth.
  • Recommend IT procurement strategies.
  • Manage daily operations of supported applications.
