Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY : Analyze and prioritize market opportunities across businesses and applications. Propose appropriate market strategies and business models to drive revenue projects in a fast-moving and dynamic market environment.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads and develop cycle of client referrals in the field of assurance, testing, inspection and certification.
  • Prepare action plans and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain customer database.
  • Make sales calls to potential clients and follow up to close deals.
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions.
  • Contribute information and recommendations to strategic meetings, plans, and reviews.
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Country Sales and Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years' quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge in Assurance, Testing, Inspection, Certification is an advantage
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
