This will include supporting customers over the telephone with various applications, networks, and technologies. What We’re Looking ForEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.ExperienceMust be 18 years or older. Must have at least 6 months in a call center sales program. Must have at least 1 year in a call center customer service role. Must have at least 1 year in technical support Must have experience with voice support programs/account Skills And AttributesPassion for customer service and technology. Ability to quickly learn new tech and tools. Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of major operating systems and consumer technologies.
