They are committed to delivering top-tier customer service and are currently seeking experienced Technical Support Representatives to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot technical issues and provide a resolution in a timely manner Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions Stay up-to-date with technology trends and innovations Can accommodate working on site (Quezon Avenue, QC) Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus At least 2 years of experience as a technical support representative Ability to function as the highest point of service escalation Familiarity with Contactless payments (ATMs and Cash Express machines) Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Benefits: 13th Month Pay HMO Leave Benefits If you possess the required skills and are eager to contribute to our team's success, We encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Technical Support Representative.Apply now #J-18808-Ljbffr
