DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attends to both inbound & outbound telephone calls in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Analyze, strategize and report portal/mobile app malfunctions.
  • Address and reports technical or common issues encountered during online or live interview sessions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education :

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology or human resources related field.

Knowledge and Skills :

  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer and Internet proficiency are important.
  • Must be able to work well independently but always think to work on a team.
  • Knowledge of hiring and screening is vital.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets.
  • Accountable, strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical and able to think out of the box solution for a problem or issues that may encounter.

Position Overview :

As a Remote Recruiter at Remote Workmate, you will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process, ensuring the seamless recruitment of skilled individuals for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for drafting compelling job descriptions, conducting thorough video interviews, and coordinating with clients to understand their requirements and finalize pricing details.

Responsibilities :

  • Attend discovery calls with clients to understand job requirements, competencies, skills, and desired outputs.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking in crafting job descriptions, understanding client requirements, and aligning recruitment strategies with the broader organizational goals.
  • Create and refine job descriptions in collaboration with clients, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
  • Collaborate with clients to finalize per-hour pricing and billing details, aligning with client and company objectives.
  • Proactively anticipate challenges in filling the job openings and propose innovative solutions.
  • Post finalized job descriptions in Zoho and other platforms, screen CVs, and endorse promising candidates to clients.
  • Work with clients to coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and adjust processes as needed.
  • Conduct thorough video interviews to evaluate candidates\' competencies, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate candidate walkthroughs with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.
  • Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), primarily Zoho, to keep candidate records current.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing and Recruitment Specialists to post job ads on social media and relevant platforms.
  • Establish clear and transparent communication channels with clients, candidates, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships.
  • Go beyond transactional interactions to understand the client\'s business, industry challenges, and long-term goals, thereby becoming a strategic partner in talent acquisition.

Key Performance Objectives :

First 2 weeks: Conduct at least 2 introductory calls and compile initial insights for 3 upcoming job descriptions; Ensure 100% accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Zoho; Post finalized job descriptions on Zoho and other platforms.

30 days: Complete video interviews for 100% of shortlisted candidates and provide timely feedback to internal teams; Participate in at least 90% of scheduled client discovery calls; Strategically post job ads on social media; Conduct effective candidate walkthroughs with clients.

3 months: Achieve a 20% reduction in the time taken to post job descriptions and increase the endorsement-to-hire ratio by 15%; Achieve a 90% satisfaction rate from candidates transitioning to onboarding; Implement at least 3 process improvements to reduce overall time-to-fill; Improve the percentage of successful hires by refining candidate assessment strategies.

6 months: Achieve a 15% reduction in average time-to-fill; Improve the percentage of successful hires; Achieve a 20% reduction in time-to-post and increase endorsement-to-hire by 15%.

Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with video interviewing platforms and ATS (Zoho preferred).
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, global work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
  • Adaptability in navigating remote recruitment; adjust strategies for different clients and industries.
  • Excel in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to assess candidates beyond the surface for long-term fit.
