Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Attend Recruitment Planning Meetings ensuring a detailed understanding of the Hiring Manager’s needs, providing market insights where possible
• Full utilization of the Success Factors Recruitment system as per Global process
• Act as LinkedIn Recruiter seat holder, providing the team support on market insights
• Support Hiring Managers with external consultant recruitment
• Provide guidance and assistance where needed to other recruiters in the team

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ sourcing experience within a large corporate environment or within an agency
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
• Creative approach to sourcing using a range of techniques
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience
• Ability to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost integrity
• Results orientated approach and experience within a fast-paced environment

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Lead and collaborate with different cross fucntional managers with regards to their supply chain project plans in supporting the business tactical and strategic business plans.
2. Gathers and evaluates data from multiple sources of different business units. Analyzes, reconciles and identifies measurable opportunities for improvement. Identifies and implements audit processes to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner.
3. Initiate the demand forecast accuracy analysis and provide a deeper analysis on the dynamics of the forecast error monthly. Participate on the Executive S&OP discussion to help give a better understanding on how the demand is coming in using the analysis done on demand forecast. Provide complex data analysis in aiding the creation of business decisions of the whole business unit.
4. Liasons with product managers, materials managers, and support teams to drive projects to timely completion. Manages the project portfolio, provides feedback to the leadership team on resource planning, issues, opportunities, and recommendations to improve timeliness.
5. Manages ongoing support requests to support supply planning leads (material managers, plant managers and product managers). Interfaces with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into supply chain projects and implementation. Supports any other core Procurement/Supply Chain programs that will impact the overall Supply Chain decision;
6. Assist in report development and in gathering data for executive SIOP review presentations.

Qualifications :

• Have at least 5 years experience as Analyst for Supply Chain.
• Detailed oriented and accurate
• Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables), MS Access, and MS PowerPoint
• Well developed analytical skills, articulate, innovative and confident
• Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Very good communication skills, verbal and written
• Self-starter and a strong team player

Preferred :

• Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Supply Chain graduate
• Working knowledge on procurement/supply chain
• Very good presentation skills
• Has Power BI/automation background

Salary : Php39,000.00 - Php52,000.00 per month

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
