Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Management
  • 1-2 years experience in Customer Service or Sales and Marketing
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Approachable and accommodating
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Willing to start immediately in Porac, Pampanga
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; English language skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients for their collection and loans requirements (e.g., signing of legal documents, issuance of PDC, submission of requirements and follow up).
  • Assist buyers on concerns and relay updates on developments.
  • Encode, file, and type legal documents in the system and transmit notarized documents.
  • Accommodate online and face-to-face credit investigations.
  • Update reports: Buyer’s profile, background profile, delinquent buyer progress.
  • Coordinate with other departments for transactions, documentation, and loans updates.
  • Perform any other work-related tasks assigned by superiors.
