Job DescriptionQualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Management
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Service or Sales and Marketing
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Approachable and accommodating
- Good oral and written communication
- Willing to start immediately in Porac, Pampanga
- Bachelor's degree preferred; English language skills preferred
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients for their collection and loans requirements (e.g., signing of legal documents, issuance of PDC, submission of requirements and follow up).
- Assist buyers on concerns and relay updates on developments.
- Encode, file, and type legal documents in the system and transmit notarized documents.
- Accommodate online and face-to-face credit investigations.
- Update reports: Buyer’s profile, background profile, delinquent buyer progress.
- Coordinate with other departments for transactions, documentation, and loans updates.
- Perform any other work-related tasks assigned by superiors.
