Job Description
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Open, log, prioritize, assign, close tickets logged in the IT Service Desk
- Query users for relevant information and attempt to resolve inquiries on first contact where possible
- Escalate as per client escalation procedures; provide status updates to users
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs; coordinate with Service Desk staff and L2/L3 teams
- Remote PC troubleshooting; ticket translation for offshore escalation
- Interact with diverse user groups; strong communication and decision-making skills
- Experience: 1 year minimum; onsite at McKinley, Taguig

Job 3 — Help Desk AnalystCompany: IT BY DESIGN
Role Description
- User Lifecycle Management: onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory; device provisioning; data handling
- Technical Support (Tier 1 and basic Tier 2): network, printer, email, login issues, etc.
- Remote troubleshooting using PSA and RMM tools; documentation of fixes; SOP/runbooks
- System maintenance and monitoring: patching, antivirus, backups; health checks
- Process improvement and project assistance: automation, scripts, recurring issue fixes
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work 100% onsite near BGC, Taguig
- Night shifts (8 PM - 5 AM Manila Time)
- Minimum 2 years in Service Desk/Help Desk
- Proficient in troubleshooting Active Directory, Desktop, Office 365, Windows Server, Firewall, VPN
- Experience supporting global clients
