Growth and Marketing Manager

Sole Surgeon is a modern shoe cleaning and restoration brand that started in Quezon City and is expanding across Metro Manila. We are building an omni-channel brand (retail and eCommerce) and seek entrepreneurial A-players who want to help grow and scale the business.

The Role

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of Sole Surgeon’s growth engine. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will directly shape our brand’s future and drive sales across our stores, online platforms, and upcoming product lines.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead growth and marketing across all sales channels:
    • Sales: Mall stores, standalone stores, and online (chat commerce).
    • Marketing: Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, offline advertising.
  • Develop and execute our social media content strategy.
  • Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to maximize sales at the lowest cost per acquisition.
  • Explore and test untapped marketing channels such as TikTok, influencer collaborations, and CRM.
  • Oversee project management of store expansion into mall locations—from scouting sites, to coordinating contractors, to ensuring successful grand openings.
  • Research, develop, and launch Sole Surgeon’s product line (cleaning solutions, wipes, repellents, etc.), driving innovation and new category growth.

Must Haves

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
  • Highly driven with strong work ethic; not afraid to roll up sleeves.
  • Thrives in a small business / startup environment.
  • At least 1-2 years work experience with some leadership exposure (managing interns or small teams).
  • Fresh grads are welcome if you believe you have what it takes to lead and deliver.
  • Genuine interest in marketing, growth, eCommerce, and scaling businesses.
