Join the G Nation today Responsibilities Responsible for consumer understanding of the GStocks and GCrypto consumer, developing consumer insights that will drive marketing mix Responsible for strategy development including size of price analysis, core target identification, sources of growth Responsible for developing the marketing mix, ensuring this answers relevant consumer opportunities/pain points as well as ensuring quality alignment across the marketing Ps Responsible for developing the annual brand marketing plan that delivers on the business targets and aforementioned marketing strategy Driving excellent execution of the annual brand marketing plan with the help of the cross-functional team Measuring and monitoring performance Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors Strong marketing fundamentals across: customer understanding, insight development, strategy development, analyzing data, developing integrated marketing communications, strong commercial acumen As well as the following key traits: Learning agility, intellectual curiosity and rigor, bias for action, resourcefulness and scrapiness, creative problem solving Delivers Revenue targets Growing consumer base Improving brand equity Responsible stewardship of A&P budget What We Offer Opportunity for career growth and development in the #1 FinTech company in the country.
