Overview

Growth Marketing Manager role at EO Staff in the National Capital Region, Philippines. You’ll own lead generation across channels and drive predictable, scalable growth. This hands-on role requires planning and executing campaigns, running ads, building funnels, writing copy, and using AI tools to amplify output and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads and optimizing the full funnel from first touch to close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the growth marketing strategy with a focus on qualified lead generation and pipeline contribution.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, email, and organic social.
  • Write ad copy, create landing pages, and launch email nurture sequences using AI tools to accelerate content and creative development.
  • AI-Powered Marketing: Leverage AI (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, MidJourney, Synthesia, etc.) for copywriting, design, audience research, and campaign optimization.
  • Implement AI-driven automation for lead scoring, nurturing, and reporting.
  • Identify areas where AI can streamline processes or reduce external vendor costs.
  • Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Build and optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels to maximize conversion rates.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on ads, CTAs, and nurture campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales to refine lead handoff, qualification, and follow-up.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead-to-close conversion rates; create dashboards and forecasts; share results with leadership; align marketing with revenue targets; coordinate freelancers or agency partners when needed; stay up-to-date with growth tactics and AI tools.
Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience with proven success scaling lead generation.
  • Deep knowledge of paid acquisition (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, and email marketing automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in marketing workflows (copywriting, design, data analysis, automation).
  • Strong copywriting, funnel-building, and campaign management skills.
  • Highly analytical, comfortable with attribution, tracking, and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
KPIs / Success Metrics
  • Monthly qualified leads generated.
  • Cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Pipeline contribution from marketing.
  • ROI on paid campaigns and efficiency gains from AI use.
