Job Description

NowServing is a fast-growing healthcare platform that connects patients with healthcare providers across the Philippines. Our mission is to make quality healthcare more accessible to everyone. With thousands of active healthcare providers and growing rapidly, we're looking for a Growth Marketer to drive our consumer acquisition and engagement strategies.

The Role
We're seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer who will own our consumer growth initiatives. You'll work directly with the founding team to scale our patient base and improve engagement across all consumer touchpoints.

What You'll Do
  1. Design and execute consumer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
  2. Own our paid marketing strategy and budget optimization
  3. Develop and test compelling messaging that resonates with Filipino consumers
  4. Create and optimize the consumer journey from first touch to active usage
  5. Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities
  6. Work with our content team to create high-impact marketing materials
  7. Build and execute retention and referral programs
  8. Optimize app store presence and conversion
What We're Looking For
  1. 2+ years experience in consumer/growth marketing roles
  2. Strong track record in paid social advertising (especially Facebook/Instagram)
  3. Experience with mobile app marketing and user acquisition
  4. Data-driven approach with experience in analytics and A/B testing
  5. Excellent project management and execution skills
  6. Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino
  7. Experience with marketing automation tools
  8. Background in consumer products/services (healthcare experience not required)

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field
  • 1+ years experience in growth marketing or digital marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with using various software and platforms, as well as the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Excellent command of the English language: The candidate must possess clear and articulate written and spoken English skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Team player: The ability to work well within a team and contribute to its overall success.
