
Growth Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Growth Manager who can act as both a project manager and social media/marketing driver to help launch and scale a fast-moving coaching brand. This is not a traditional employee role; it's a partner-level position where you'll act as the operational backbone, ensuring execution, efficiency, and growth.
You'll work closely with the founder's team to bring structure, organization, and momentum to our social media, marketing, and funnel-building efforts. If you're a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and knows how to leverage AI tools for growth, this role is for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Social Media Execution
Develop, manage, and optimize a multi-platform content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Support creation of long-form and short-form video content, including scripting, editing, and repurposing using AI tools.
- Implement AI-powered enhancements (hooks, captions, copywriting, automation tools) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Post, track, and measure content performance consistently across channels.
Project & Growth Management
Organize workflows, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Notion, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Build and manage systems that scale: ensuring tasks, campaigns, and launches are executed with precision.
- Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and coaching program funnels from top-of-funnel engagement to conversion.
- Ensure high-quality, error-free execution (no rushed posts, missed deadlines, or sloppy details).
Marketing & Funnel Development
Set up and manage lead funnels, moving prospects from social into email databases and sales pipelines.
- Support email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, and CRM management.
- Track KPIs: followers, engagement, leads, client conversions, and recommend strategies to improve growth.
- Research and implement best practices used by top coaching/influencer brands.
AI-Driven Efficiency
Act as the AI power user on the team: identify, test, and implement the best AI tools for content, editing, automation, and client engagement.
- Stay on top of emerging AI tools to improve efficiency and output.
Must-Have:
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, social media, or growth roles (not entry-level).
- Proven ability to manage social media accounts and marketing campaigns with measurable growth results.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Opus Clip, Descript, ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Familiarity with funnel-building tools and platforms (Kajabi, Circle, CRMs, email automation).
- Experience working with coaching, education, or influencer-driven brands is a plus.
