What you will be doing
- Help Desk support at the 1st & 2nd levels of the problem resolution process
- Respond to employee questions regarding technology (computers, printers, copy machines, audio/visual equipment, mobile devices)
- Assist with continuous improvement of support methods for remote employees to uphold high levels of customer service
- Notify end-users of new techniques, time-saving tools, and tips
- Record incident reports of significant and recurring problems to track corrective actions
- Procurement, setup & configuration, and disposal of equipment as needed
- Provide technical support across a distributed and mobile user base
Qualifications
- Demonstrable customer service/IT experience
- Technical competence in MS Office and Windows 10
- Experience with Active Directory and Outlook
- Experience supporting iPhones and other handheld devices
- Excellent communications, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- ITIL training and related experience are a plus; Microsoft certifications are assets

Job Description

- Monitor server and firewall logs; monitor CCTV
- Prepare IT asset inventory, alerts, monitoring logs, and status reports

Job Requirements
- Graduate of 4-year Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT technical support
- Knowledgeable in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Salary: Php 13,000.00 – Php 15,000.00 per month
- Benefits: Health insurance
- Schedule: 8-hour day shift
- On-site work in Makati; 1-year contract with possibility of renewal
