Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance of employee 201 files, HRIS, and other HR records.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE), and company regulations.
- Oversee government remittances and company benefits administration.
- Draft, review, and implement HR and administrative policies, memos, and guidelines.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Validate timekeeping, attendance, overtime, and leave records prior to payroll cutoff.
- Handle payroll adjustments such as final pay, allowances, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure proper processing of government loans, salary loans, and other deductions.
- Ensure the completion of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) reports and facilitates submission to the appropriate DOLE Office.
- Manage issuance of necessary memoranda, notices, or announcements to internal or external employees.
- Coordinates for approval and inputs with the management with regards to external or internal employee contract extensions, amendment agreements, salary increases, etc.
- Provide a regular report to the management for active employees and those undergoing separation.
- Cooperates with the management to fully understand and discuss challenges and specifications and develop an appropriate strategy.
- Performs other tasks as directed by the management.
- Bachelor\'s Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration Major in HRDM, Office Administration, or relevant field
- At least 1 year experience as HR Generalist or to the facets of Human Resources
- Has strong leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong, QC
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: Php21, Php23,500.00 per month
- Work Location: In person
