Job Summary:

The HR/Admin Officer serves as a generalist, responsible for handling a broad range of Human Resource and Administrative functions. This role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations, compliance with labor laws, and support for employees and management in various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, training, and general office administration.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Functions

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, job offers).

  3. Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  4. Maintain employee 201 files and ensure proper documentation.
  5. Employee Relations & Engagement

  6. Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

  7. Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts in line with company policies.
  8. Organize employee engagement activities and programs.
  9. Compensation & Benefits

  10. Assist in timekeeping and payroll processing.

  11. Ensure proper monitoring of employee benefits, leave credits, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  12. Performance Management

  13. Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.

  14. Monitor employee performance records and probationary evaluations.
  15. Training & Development

  16. Coordinate internal and external training programs.

  17. Track employee development plans and training compliance.
  18. Compliance

  19. Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code and company policies.

  20. Prepare HR-related reports for management and government agencies.

Administrative Functions

  1. Oversee general office operations (supplies, equipment, facilities).
  2. Handle administrative documentation, letters, and memoranda.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external agencies.
  4. Ensure proper record-keeping and filing of documents.
  5. Support management in implementing company-wide policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of HR/Admin generalist experience.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
