The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive support in human resources management and office administration. The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations, compliance with Philippine labor laws, and efficient office administration to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR database.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and overtime, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare payroll instructions, government statutory contributions, and coordinate with Finance.
  • Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the Philippines.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS experience is a plus.
