HR Assistant (Makati, National Capital Region) – Multiple postings
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
- Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and communication
- Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up for meetings
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Process payroll and resolve payroll errors
Qualifications
- Must be a degree holder (Bachelor of Science) in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related fields
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Exposure to payroll practices
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Salary
- Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
Schedule
- Holidays, Monday to Friday, Weekends
Supplemental Pay
- 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate
- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience
- HR: 1 year (preferred)
Language
- English (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Prepare mandatory compensation and benefits
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner

Overview
- This is a remote position based in General Trias, Cavite or fully remote with on-site/hybrid options
Key Responsibilities
- HR Duties: assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, update employee records, support engagement initiatives
- Admin Duties: provide admin support, organize events, handle general office tasks, assist in project management
- Culture Duties: contribute to positive culture and engagement initiatives
- Finance/Accounting Duties: assist with invoices, expense tracking, month-end close
- Other Duties: collaborate with cross-functional teams, process improvements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology or related field
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Work Arrangement
- Full-time onsite, hybrid, or full work-at-home options available
