HR Assistant (Makati, National Capital Region) – Multiple postings

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
  • Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and communication
  • Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up for meetings
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff
  • Process payroll and resolve payroll errors

Qualifications

  • Must be a degree holder (Bachelor of Science) in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related fields
  • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills
  • Exposure to payroll practices
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Salary

  • Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month

Schedule

  • Holidays, Monday to Friday, Weekends

Supplemental Pay

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate

  • Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience

  • HR: 1 year (preferred)

Overview

  • This is a remote position based in General Trias, Cavite or fully remote with on-site/hybrid options

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Duties: assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, update employee records, support engagement initiatives
  • Admin Duties: provide admin support, organize events, handle general office tasks, assist in project management
  • Culture Duties: contribute to positive culture and engagement initiatives
  • Finance/Accounting Duties: assist with invoices, expense tracking, month-end close
  • Other Duties: collaborate with cross-functional teams, process improvements

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology or related field
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Work Arrangement

  • Full-time onsite, hybrid, or full work-at-home options available
