Attach this together with your updated CV to become a priority applicant Role : Accounts Receivable Specialist Work Arrangement : Work from Office Location : Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga) Schedule : Morning shift Responsibilities Prepare and send customer invoices Ensure that all billable items are invoiced in a timely and accurate manner Record and reconcile customer payments Maintain a masterlist of all engaged staff and billable items Coordinate with other departments for any current and future projects Provide ad hoc reports as necessary Attend to client and inter-department requests, queries, and disputes Provide overtime and holiday monthly billable reports Provide car hire monthly billable reports Provide call charges monthly billable reports Provide other monthly billable reports that may be requested Provide affiliate and BDM commission reports Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills At least 2 years work experience in Accounts Receivable At least 2 years work experience in a BPO company Knowledge in Microsoft and Google Docs Can work with minimum supervision Able to adapt in a fast paced work process Non-negotiable skills & requirements Graduate of BS Accounting or related fields #J-18808-Ljbffr
