And we’re just getting started. The Role We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Officer to manage overdue accounts with empathy and confidence. You’ll use data to drive decisions, manage payment plans, and communicate directly with customers to ensure commitments are met. What You’ll Do Manage accounts receivable and overdue payments with a customer‑first approach. Call and engage clients confidently to resolve outstanding balances. Set up and monitor payment plans. Analyse AR data in Xero/Excel to identify trends and risks. Escalate to credit reporting or debt recovery when required. About You Proven AU collections / AR experience. Confident and professional in phone conversations – you can get customers to pick up and commit to their payment agreement. Skilled in Xero (or similar), Excel/Google Sheets, and CRMs. Balance empathy with persistence to deliver results. Strong data and reporting skills. You need: Have 2+ years of previous relevant admin experience. A genuine love of talking to, and helping, people from all walks of life. The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment (we get a lot of calls). Very comfortable working with technology and following processes. Be comfortable making outbound calls to potential and existing clients. Be comfortable supporting a growing legal team with varying legal administrative tasks. Have a high level of attention to detail. Be excited about working in a fast growing company. Have true desire and willingness to go the extra mile for our clients.
